Fintopia Indonesia (PT Indonesia Fintopia Technology) is a subsidiary of Fintopia Inc. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Beijing, China. Fintopia Inc. provides affordable financial services for everyone, especially for those unbanked and underserved. Fintopia Inc. quickly expands across Asia with Indonesia being its second largest market by transaction volume.
Fintopia Indonesia (established in 2017), led by its product Easycash, has 24 million cumulative registered users and has provided IDR30.5 trillion of total accumulative loans since its establishment. The company has more than 4 millions total accumulated borrowers with various backgrounds, such as small business owners, farmers, students, and other professions*.

Mitou Hongkong Limited ("Mitou") is one of the shareholders of PT Indonesia Fintopia Technology ("Fintopia Indonesia") which is domiciled in LAT / RM 1907 19 / F, Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Mitou has legality as a legal entity in Hong Kong registered on July 24, 2015. Mitou owns 85% of the total shares of Fintopia Indonesia which consists of 1,275,000 shares with a nominal value of Rp12,750,000,000.
Freddy Karyadi
Freddy Karyadi is one of the shareholders of Fintopia Indonesia who owns 15% of the total shares consisting of 225,000 shares with a nominal value of Rp2,250,000,000. He is also one of the board of commissioners of Fintopia Indonesia who has contributed greatly to Fintopia Indonesia.

Freddy has been practicing law in Indonesia for more than two decades. He is also one of the pioneers focusing on the Digital Industry and heads the Fintech practice team. He leads ABNR's team in handling many companies with Fintech and technology backgrounds.
He is a board member of AFTECH (Indonesian Fintech Association) and is also on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Derivatives and Financial Instruments of the International Bureau of Physical Documentation.
He has consistently been rated as a top lawyer by several International publications including Legal500, Asian Business Law Journal (Vantage Asia), IFLR 1000, and Asialaw over the past half decade.

Dr Chang is the CEO of PT Indonesia Fintopia Technology and serves as the Assistant Expert on International Maritime Relations to Admiral (Ret.) Professor Dr Marsetio. Previously, he held the position of Regional Head of Government Affairs at Shopify and served as the Country Head of Google for Education's Next Billion Users (NBU) in Indonesia. Before his time at Google, Dr Chang served as the Senior Advisor of Higher Education to the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Nadiem Makarim. He has led research centers, conducted research, and taught entrepreneurship and leadership courses at the Singapore Management University and the National University of Singapore.
In addition, Dr Chang has co-founded and advised several start-ups in America and Southeast Asia, helping to raise funds from Y-Combinator, 500 Startups, and other global investors. He is a renowned global speaker and media commentator, having given lectures and talks across six continents and written articles for numerous media outlets.
Dr Chang is a graduate of UC Berkeley, Stanford Business School, and Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He earned his doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Founding Member of ALUMNAS.

Mr Victor Laoh is Director of PT Indonesia Fintopia Technology. Amongst his responsibilities, Mr Victor Laoh serves as a key liaison between Fintopia and Indonesia’s governing agencies of the financial sector such as The Financial Services Authority (OJK), FinTech Association of Indonesia (AFPI), Bank of Indonesia, and Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (PPATK). Mr Victor Laoh has strong knowledge of Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), Electronic Data Capture (EDC), mobile banking (both Android and iOS), internet banking (individual and corporate), and middleware application.
Prior to Fintopia, Mr Victor Laoh worked at Panin Bank as Head of Regulatory System Division – he was responsible for regulatory systems such as RTGS, SKN, SLIK, among others. Mr Victor Laoh then moved to CIMB Niaga as an IT System Analyst for eChannel. In addition, CIMB Niaga appointed as Mr Victor Laoh as Solution Architect to assist companies carry out their digital transformation. Mr Victor Laoh played a crucial part in a number of company-wide projects.
Victor Laoh earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree at the University of Surabaya and Master of Management Majoring IT at BINUS Business School.

Mr Gani is Senior Advisor at PT Indonesia Fintopia Technology. Mr Gani is the founder and CEO of Orbitin Indonesia. Mr Gani also serves as the Chairman of Proven Force Indonesia, JG Corp, and JG Foundation, and Commissioner of Daniprisma Mitra Group and Senior Advisor to Tip Top Supermarkets.
In 2009, while serving as CEO of Sarinah, Mr Gani was awarded as the youngest CEO in the history of BUMN (State-own Enterprise). From 2014 to 2019, Mr Gani served as the Executive Director & CEO of IPMI International Business School. From 2016 to 2019, Mr Gani served as Advisor to the Minister of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia. During this time, Mr Gani also served as the Chair of YIP-SIP Creative Economy Park.
Mr Gani holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Harvard University, the Kennedy School of Government, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Francisco State University. Currently, Mr Gani serves as President of ALUMNAS, which is the Indonesian Alumni Association at Colleges and Universities in the United States.

Ambassador Nadjib is Senior Advisor of PT Indonesia Fintopia Technology. Mr Nadjib has been the Indonesian Ambassador to Australia, Vanuatu, the European Union, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Throughout his career, Mr Nadjib has received cultural awards from the Belgian state, namely the Chevalier d'honorarium, from the Haute Confrerie Royal du Noble Corcieli of Oostende City, and the Order of St. Gregory the Great II of The Holy See by Pope John Paul II.
Currently, Mr Nadjib serves as the Commissioner of PT Global Manpower, the Chairman of the Advisory Board at IPMI International Business School, and a Senior Lecturer at the Center for Education and Training at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Mr. Nadjib has chaired various international conferences and represented Indonesia in various international forums. In 2011, Mr Nadjib served as Deputy Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs.
Mr Nadjib graduated from Padjadjaran University Bandung with a Master's degree in Social Psychology, specializing in Political Psychology. Mr Nadjib serves on the Board of Trustees of Padjadjaran University and the National Chair of the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
