Mitou Hongkong Limited

Mitou Hongkong Limited ("Mitou") is one of the shareholders of PT Indonesia Fintopia Technology ("Fintopia Indonesia") which is domiciled in LAT / RM 1907 19 / F, Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Mitou has legality as a legal entity in Hong Kong registered on July 24, 2015. Mitou owns 85% of the total shares of Fintopia Indonesia which consists of 1,275,000 shares with a nominal value of Rp12,750,000,000.

Freddy Karyadi

Freddy Karyadi is one of the shareholders of Fintopia Indonesia who owns 15% of the total shares consisting of 225,000 shares with a nominal value of Rp2,250,000,000. He is also one of the board of commissioners of Fintopia Indonesia who has contributed greatly to Fintopia Indonesia.

Jimmy Gani

President Commissioner

Before serving as President Commissioner di Easycash, Jimmy Gani held the position of Senior Advisor at Easycash. He is also the founder and CEO of Orbitin Indonesia. Jimmy Gani also serves as the Chairman of Proven Force Indonesia, JG Corp, and JG Foundation, Commissioner of Daniprisma Mitra Group and Senior Advisor to Tip Top Supermarket. In 2009, while serving as CEO of Sarinah, Jimmy Gani was awarded as the youngest CEO in the history of BUMN (State-owned Enterprise). From 2014 to 2019, Mr Gani served as the Executive Director and CEO of IPMI International Business School. From 2016 to 2019, Mr Gani served as Advisor to the Minister of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia. During this time, Mr Gani also served as the Chair of YIP-SIP Creative Economy Park. Jimmy Gani holds a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard University, the Kennedy School of Government, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Francisco State University. Currently, Jimmy Gani serves as President of ALUMNAS, the Indonesian Alumni Association at Colleges and Universities in the United States.

Nadjib Riphat Kesoema

Independent Commissioner

He previously served as Indonesia’s Ambassador to Australia, Vanuatu, the European Union, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Throughout his distinguished diplomatic career, Ambassador Nadjib has received several cultural honors from the Kingdom of Belgium, including the Chevalier d’Honorarium, the Haute Confrerie Royal du Noble Corcieli from the City of Oostende, and the Order of St. Gregory the Great II from the Holy See, conferred by Pope John Paul II. In 2011, Ambassador Nadjib served as Deputy Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs. He has also represented Indonesia and presided over several international forums. Prior to his appointment, Ambassador Nadjib had contributed to Easycash for more than two years as a Senior Advisor. In October 2025, following his successful completion of the Fit & Proper test conducted by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, he was officially appointed as Independent Commissioner of Easycash.

Nucky Poedjiardjo

President Director

Prior his current tenure at Easycash, Nucky Poedjiardjo was the President Director of Uangme. In addition to that, he was also the founder of rumah123 and mobil123 platforms. He also pioneered the first video content streaming service in Indonesia, Nonton.com. In 2015, Nucky became the Co-Founder of Bosbis, a SaaS-based bus ticket sales platform. Nucky Poedjiardjo has extensive experience in establishing and managing start-ups. Under his leadership, he believes that Easycash will become a leading and globally recognized financial technology service.

Hu ZeZhong

Director

Before taking up the Director Position, Hu Zezhong had served as Tech Lead since the establishment of Easycash. As an engineer, he has a lot of experience, especially in the technology industry. Hu Zezhong started his career as a Software Engineer at Shanghai Alcatel Network Support System Co., Ltd. After that, he also worked as an Engineer at SAP, a company in China that focuses on banking and securities. From his previous work experience, Hu Zezhong gained extensive knowledge regarding compliance and system integration aspects in the banking sector. As a director, he hopes to greatly contribute to the development of Fintopia Indonesia's business in the future.

Harza Sandityo

Director

Harza graduated from the University of Indonesia with a Bachelor of Law degree, specializing in International Law. He began his career as a legal and compliance professional at several multinational banks, including Citibank N.A. and Bank Commonwealth. His expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and financial industry regulations further expanded through his roles in Compliance & Legal at BNP Paribas Investment Partners and as Corporate Secretary at Maybank Indonesia. Since 2018, Harza has been active in the fintech industry, particularly in the peer-to-peer lending sector. He contributed to the development of Alami Sharia, a sharia-based financing platform, focusing on operations, compliance, and governance management in alignment with regulatory requirements. In October 2025, Harza was officially appointed as a Director of Easycash after successfully passing the Fit and Proper Test administered by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
